For the first time, the Salesforce community across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania is coming together for an official Summit – a day of local success stories, hands-on product sessions, and conversations with Salesforce experts on how Agentforce, Data, and AI are reshaping the way businesses work. Veloce will be on the ground, and we'd like to trade notes with the teams building on Revenue Cloud across the region.

On the agenda

The day opens with a keynote on becoming an Agentforce Company, then moves into breakout tracks you choose between – from AI-driven support and data-driven enterprise sessions to Financial Services, Communications Cloud, and a customer panel on why AI projects stall or succeed. It wraps with drinks and networking.

We work on CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, Channel Management, and agentic administration — day in, day out, mostly for teams running large Salesforce implementations. The Summit is a good chance to get into the details in person: how others are approaching the same problems, and where we might be useful.
